Our Story
After 15 years working inside corporate healthcare, I saw the gap firsthand: employees are burning out, disengaging, and quietly suffering while companies lose top talent, rising healthcare costs, and their mission-driven edge. Traditional benefits and insurance models just aren’t cutting it and endless claims, denials, and bureaucracy only add to the stress.

I founded JRae Consulting to change that.

I’m Jessica Rae Levin, a behavioral health and healthcare strategist with a Master’s in Psychotherapy and a graduate certificate in Human-Centered Design from Stanford. Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked across enterprise healthcare, mental wellness, fertility benefits, and people coaching, helping companies design programs that save millions while supporting employees’ real needs. I’m a certified EMDR practitioner specializing in trauma healing, a Past Life Regression Therapy practitioner, and hold certifications in Neuropsychotherapy and trauma recovery.
